Ceramic filter elements

Ceramic disc vacuum filters are a modern model of highly efficient filtration equipment. The separation of the suspension into solid and liquid phases occurs under the simultaneous influence of vacuum and the capillary effect of a ceramic blade. It has high efficiency, which helps to increase productivity and intensity of operation. The absence of a filter cloth makes it possible to use a deeper vacuum and, as a result, obtain a drier sediment. Using a ceramic filter with the same filtration surface as a conventional disk filter allows you to save up to 85% of energy. The presence of small micropores allows you to obtain a cleaner filtrate, usually 21 mg/l. The filters combine in their design the advantages of ceramic cartridge filters and disk vacuum filters, which, in combination with the regeneration of the filter partition, by backflushing with a water-air mixture, acid and ultrasonic cleaning, allows for a fully automated fine filtration process.
